Sutton Foster was a Tony Award winner with her award-winning Tony Awards performance such as Anything Goes in Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as in Little Women. Sutton Foster first appeared on television on Star Search at age 15 She has also performed as a character in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has performed across the country as well as internationally together with the musical direction of Michael Rafter... with songs from her first solo CD "Wish" as well as the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." Sutton Foster has appeared on stage at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub as well as many more. Sutton received an honorary doctorate in the year 2011 in the form of Ball State University, where she also serves as advisor and faculty member for the Department of Theatre and Dance. The new TVLand show, "Younger," created by Darren Star began airing in March 2015.
